Hi ! if Singaporean family combine earning income annually $65K , can we get approval from Malaysia Bank for housing loan or what is the expectation income from the bank for Singaporean who work in Singapore ?

The most important point of view from the bank is the usage (investment/dwelling) then comes the income thing. Most of the bank offer loans for foreigner at 70-80% the most. Check with your nearest banker at Malaysia for further inquiries. But looking into your income if you are buying for investment will not be likely granted. Read More
