How is the stamp duty structure in 2014. "HBA proposes a 1% stamp duty for the first-two home purchases, while the government should impose a 5%, 7.5% and 10% rate for the third, fourth and fifth acquisition, respectively." How it impact the property market? Is it apply to residential or commercial property or it apply to all. Thanks
