I found that a lot of agents or owners simply advertise in the space "for sale" when it is really a property for rent. This creates a lot of problem for a real buyer in screening through all unnecessary scrap in order to get what he/she wants. It is time consuming and make searches not meaningful. The price quoted should be the total price asking but not per unit land area price. Kindly strengthen your management on this matter. The search will come up with a lot of scrap if all these is strictly enforced.
