Looking at renting an apartment for 4-5 years with a view to buying at a later date.
What is the visa issues,i am British and have a British Passport.
Can i just do a visa run every 90 days,and renter??.

Most of our residential properties are rented on a tenancy basis of 2 years to 3 years with an option by the tenant to renew a further term.If you choose to buy a property in Malaysia, foreign citizens are only allowed to purchase homes above British Pounds 103,000 (MYR500,000) Should you need further advise my contact details are below.
