is Malaysia’s first cyber city located under the jurisdiction of Sepang in
southern Selangor. This city is also known as the Silicon Valley of Malaysia
and holds the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status. Cyberjaya is home for
various multinational companies, government agencies and private universities
such as as Multimedia University (MMU) & Lim Kok Wing University.
Despite of that, Cyberjaya is equipped with residential areas ranging from
service residences, condominiums, apartments and landed houses as well such
those in Taman Pinggiran Cyber. There are schools such as SK Cyberjaya, SMK
Cyberjaya and Sekolah Seri Puteri Cyberjaya constructed within the city.
Commercial areas such as The Street Mall, CBD Perdana and Biz Avenue of
NeoCyber can be sought for its restaurants, marts, cafes, sundry shops and more.
Cyberjaya is accessible via Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway and also the MEX
(KL-Putrajaya) Highway that would take approximately 30 minutes between the
cities. Besides that, Cyberjaya also can be reached by using the KLIA Transit
Rail (ERL) that stops at Putrajaya Sentral and there are buses & taxis will
take riders to the Cyberjaya city.
