Bangsar is located on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. Like many other towns near KL, it has seen a drastic change in its infrastructure, both human and industrial since its days as a rubber plantation site with the emergence of schools (University Malaya, Raja Muda Teachers’ college) and medical facilities (University Malaya Medical Centre, Pantai Medical Centre). Laying essentially in the middle of towns Pantai Dalam and Damansara as well, its location proves pivotal to it being a sought after place of residency. The closest expressway for travel is Sprint and has a LRT train station as well.
The area offers a multitude of housing areas going by names like the Pantai Hills, Lucky Garden and Bangsar Park.
