Puncak Jalil is a housing development located in Selangor. Its recent upgrade has seen the emergence of major residential areas within its premises. Although the units did have some trouble in getting sold almost immediately, the area in itself boasts good amenities and facilities especially when alongside its powerful neighbour, Putrajaya. Mainly this is because the town is in the township of Seri Kembangan. Thus it enjoys an AEON and a Giant supermarket along with the Hospital Serdang and the Universiti Putra Malaysia Selangor.
The Taman Universiti Indah is a considerable but manageable distance down south. Being in Seri Kembangan, it is near the bustling Bandar Kinrara as well by default.
