    District Guide

The town of Jinjang, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia;  was established during the days when Malaysia was not an independent nation as part of what was called the “Brigg’s plan”. The aim was to isolate the Malayan people from the communist influence of that time.  This is therefore seen as a “new village” still today with its ethnic Chinese population in majority. This in turn, offers residents authentic Chinese cuisine.

Restaurants such as San Jian Zhuang Pork Ball & Sausages Restaurant Noodles and Loong Seafood Restaurant (both non –Halal) are part of many modest eateries in town. The location is known most commonly as two parts, Utara (North) and Selatan (South). This town offers a different side of modernized Malaysia and bustling Kuala Lumpur as it shows one the more traditional side of Malaysia’s ethnic population.
