Damansara (Bandar Sri Damansara) is located in Klang
Valley and is one of the many towns
that teeter on an inconspicuous margin between Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Being the
recipient of the Fiabci Malaysia Property Award in 1996, the area is not to be ignored.
Examples of residential developments include semi detached homes (Primrose,
Pulasari), double story links (Iris/Ixora, Jasmine) and high rise units
(Pradesa Mustica, Menara Demansara). Retail outlets for rent include ones at
Jalan Cempaka, Jalan Damar and Jalan Tanjung.
