    District Guide

      As its name suggests, Setia Alam is situated in Selangor's capital, Shah Alam. Like many towns in major cities, the area is a planned out residential development. Its partner is the famous Setia Eco Park. But unlike the Park, Setia Alam is firstly, considered a township, not a housing development and secondly, is led in a completely different direction. It has been moulded into becoming a commercial hub as opposed to the calm understated luxury of the former.

      The area is divided into precincts, mainly ones solely for residential units and ones for the rental of office and shop units along with ones that offer both. As expected, the satellite town is located near some amazing human infrastructure like a Tesco, a Giant and its very own shopping mall (Setia). The place is also equipped with a customer service centre. Schooling options include the International Tenby School.  It can be reached via the New Klang Valley Expressway or NKVE and the Federal Highway.
