Sungai Ara is located on Penang Island, Penang. It is more of a budding residential area than it is a bustling city due to its hilly terrain. Specifically, the area of Changkat Sungai Ara proves popular for its cool weather. All property that has been and will be built is landed. Another attractive feature of the town is its locale. It is nearby some of Penang Island’s most important spots like business district Bayan Lepas, the Penang Bridge and the Jelotong Expressway for easy travel and even the Penang International Airport.
