The third phase of residential development in Tropicana Metropark of Subang Jaya, Paisley is a freehold high rise serviced residence. The previous two developments, Pandora and Paloma have all had successful sell outs. The developer Tropicana Corporation Sdn Bhd has over 23 years of experience in property development. Tropicana is also the first developer to introduce resort style living to the Malaysian masses with its eponymous Tropicana Golf & Country Resort.

The best feature of the Paisley is the resort style living it personifies. The gated residence offers a 5-tier security buffer with perimeter fencing, access card entry at guardhouse, access card entry to lobby, lift access to designated floors only and 24-hour CCTV surveillance as well as intercom systems. The town of Subang Jaya where Paisley is located rose from humble beginnings as a plantation to the suburban city it has become now. The Tropicana Metropark spans across 88 acres of land in the city. The integrated space houses not only serviced residences but also retail shops, offices shopping mall, the GEMS international school and a medical center. The town of Subang Jaya has excellent access to road networks through North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and New Pantai Expressway (NPE) as well as Federal Highway. Additionally, a newly built link bridge connects the Tropicana Metropark directly to the Federal Highway. The KTM and the newly built LRT line also provide ample public transportation options. In Selangor, the name Subang Jaya is synonymous with a string of well known malls such as Empire Shopping Gallery, Subang Parade, Sunway Pyramid and The Summit all of which offer abundant shopping avenues. In addition to that, educational institutions are plentiful with Taylor’s College, Inti Subang and Monash College located in the vicinity. If the medical center in Tropicana Metropark will not suffice, one can always head on to the nearby Sime Darby Medical Center and Columbia Asia Hospital. Paisley offers competitive facilities comparable to its siblings Pandora and Paloma to attract buyers to its compounds. Paisley consists of two residential towers. Tower A has 329 units and Tower B has 258 units. The layout types include: Type A1 and A2 with 1+1 bedroom at a built up area of 601 sq ft to 646 sq ft, Type B1, B2, B3, and B4 with 2+1bedrooms at a built up area of 914 sq ft to 976 sq ft, Type C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 and C7 with 3+1 bedrooms at a built up area of 1,300 sq ft to 1,491sq ft. Several of the Type C residence offer dual key options and some of them also offer the aesthetically pleasing bent structural design to the apartment layout.

Paisley comes at a selling price of RM672, 000 to RM1, 744,800 due to its strategic location and proximity to facilities in the integrated development. The price per sq ft is set at RM 570 and the maintenance fee is set at RM 0.33 per sq ft. In addition to that, bumiputras get a discount of 7% when purchasing the units. The third phase of residential development in Tropicana Metropark is expected to complete by the end of 2020.
