The ERA @ Duta North is a freehold mixed development in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. It comprises six residential towers, a 3-storey retail component, and most notably – 6 acres of forest village and lush wetlands at its core. The developer behind this 14.8-acre project is JKG Land Berhad, a well-established developer principally involved in residential and industrial development in the Northern region of peninsular Malaysia.
