The developer, SCP Group is an established property development and constructions company founded in 2011. Formerly known as Systematic Corporate Parking Sdn Bhd, SCP Group is one of the country’s largest car park operators. The Societe sits on a plot of 0.54-acre land which was formerly an open air car park. The development stands 32 storeys tall, sitting atop an 8-storey retail development as well as car park podium. The lobby of The Societe is finished with stylish stone designs and has high ceiling, giving off a contemporary and luxurious atmosphere. There are 2 types of layouts in The Societe – 334 SOHO units and 16 Duplex units. The SOHO units have built-up sizes of 498 to 643 sqft while the Duplex units have built-up sizes of 801 to 1,044 sqft. Car park spaces are ample with more than 400 bays. However, the car park does not come with the SOHO units and is open to public, managed by the Group.

The Societe Launching Details

The Societe is expected to be completed in 2021 and it was launched on Sept 22 2018. The launching price are valued from RM 508,000 or RM1,020 psf. The project is well received by purchasers and investors as by the end of 2018, the 70% of the units have already been sold out. Most of its buyers are young entrepreneurs and businessmen ranging from age 30 -55.
