  Work and play

  I own an apartment at Tropicana Avenue and also rent a shop in the same building. We work till late at the shop but it doesn’t bother me as my return home is just an elevator ride away. I get to have home-cooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner too. For those of you who still have to travel to work, there’s good public transport in this area as the locality is fully developed. There's a bus stop right outside the premises, and the new LRT line will connect via the Tropicana station.

  Mesmerizing views

  The best part of staying in Tropicana Avenue are the mesmerizing views of this place. I am always capturing beautiful sunrises and sunsets here. If you opt for one of the higher floors you'd probably end up like me too. The condo has spacious apartments with large rooms and windows. Since it is a mixed-development project, we can get all our daily groceries done in the same building too.

  Scenic Selangor

  Tropicana Avenue serviced residences is located is such a scenic part of Selangor, I feel like I live in paradise. I don’t know if I will even want to go on vacation! What I can say for sure is that in the past year since we rented an apartment here, we've not felt the need to travel. The condo itself is so nicely constructed, has modern amenities like a lovely pool, well-equipped gym and a bunch of game courts on par with many resorts. The family is in a cozy space, and I get to save all that travel money!
