Bellevue @ Cybersouth
Bellevue is a leasehold townhouse property which is part of the township of Cybersouth development, located at the tip of Cyberjaya, along the border of Dengkil, Selangor. Expected to be completed in year 2020, the garden townhouse homes are developed by Eco Green City Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of MCT Berhad. MCT Berhad, previously known as GW Plastics Holding, is an integrated property builder that has been actively involved in property development since 1999 and to date, has successfully completed projects with total GDV of more than RM 1.5 billion. The developer aims to give home seekers value-for-money landed homes. In relation with its name – Bellevue which means “beautiful view” in French, the residence is situated within an integrated township which offers residential homes within a backdrop of lush gardens and a vast scenic lake, creating a resort-like ambience. Moreover, the stratified title of the homes also means that the aesthetics of the neighbourhood is preserved, while contributing to its value over time. Given the relaxing environment with its spacious layout, the residence come at a price considerably attainable. The Bellevue precinct features 24 double-storey units divided into lower and upper unit types, where lower units come at built-up sizes between 1,160 square feet to 1,310 square feet. As such, the residence is just 10 minutes’ drive from Cyberjaya to Putrajaya, while a 30-minutes’ drive to KL City Centre. Putrajaya Sentral is 7.8km from Cybersouth while KL Sentral and KLIA is a just a 15-minutes ride on the existing Express Rail Link (ERL), of which there will also be a stop along the upcoming MRT Line 2 in Cyberjaya. The development of Bellevue come together with good, satisfying facilities. Connected by the linear garden, the fenceless neighbourhood encourages a sense of community for neighbours to get to know each other. Despite being fenceless, the developer has incorporate thoughtful elements throughout the design of the neighbourhood with cul-de-sac streets to allow a sense of privacy and safety within the precinct. The second phase of its residential component called CasaView was later launched with 20’ x 70’ and 22’ x 75’ link homes with back lands that are 15 feet wide. Bellevue is the third phase of Cybersouth with the lower level units selling from RM 458,800 while the upper floor units selling from RM 484,800.
