Updated: 29th March 2021 Cube on Hills is also referred as Cube on Hill (Taman Bukit Pulai), is a leasehold landed housing development located at Taman Bukit Pulai, Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai, Johor Bahru, Johor. Completed in October 2018, this beautiful residential development was undertaken by Sing Bun Liong Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian real estate developer based in Johor. Nestled in the heart of Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai, Cube on Hills is a study of unconventional beauty and living. Perched atop a rustic hilltop locality, homeowners are treated to the panoramic view of the magnificent cityscape of Kangkar Pulai. Cube on Hills is also ensconced within the town’s abundant greenery of orchards, parks and the undulating hilly terrains of Mount Pulai ensuring a picture-perfect view wherever you turn. Encircled by facilities and amenities of all sorts coupled with seamless connectivity with nearby suburbs which is complemented by the state-of-the-art security system. Cube on Hill’s excellent location allows easy access via highways such as the Skudai-Pontian Highway, North-South Expressway and the Second Link Expressway.
