The launch price was RM 400 per square foot along many other perks. The Land & General group have been the sole developer of the project, and all the landscaping achievements have been done by them. There was a fear of abandonment given the vastness of the project, but this is unlikely given that the L & G has the cash needed for all the development. The project was well received by buyers and tenants given its nature-themed development and the beautiful Kuala Lumpur skyline view offered by the condominiums.
