Spanning 11.22 acres of land in a highly strategic location, One Equine in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, is a serviced apartment and SoHo project. The joint development by Beverly Group and Singapore-based Surbana Jurong is expected to be completed in 2025 and is composed of two phases: the first phase with 1,391 units, and the second phase with 1,428 units.
