Bayu Puteri Apartments also known as Puteri Bayu is a freehold medium cost medium rise high density apartment residence located at Jalan Puteri 11/1, Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor. There are only eight units per floor, four intermediate units and another four corner units. Puteri Bayu is part of the Bandar Puteri integrated development by IOI and it is located in Bandar Puteri Puchong which is an established township. This township was designed to be a self-sustained township with the IntelliCity, which filled with a variety of businesses and services. Bayu Puteri Apartments is a great place to live as it surrounded with beautiful development or buildings and many amenities such as schools, banks, clinic, hospitals, restaurants, hypermarket, shopping mall and more around the apartment. There are many famous educational institutions in the area are just within 2km from Puteri Bayu such as SJK(C) Han Ming, SK Puchung, Sekolah Kebangsaan Saujana Puchong, Beacon House Sri Inai International School and Putra Intelek International College. Tesco, IOI Mall, Giant Supermarket, Setia Walk is a 15 minutes drive from Bayu Puteri. It is a great place for those who love shopping and very convenient for residents to do their daily groceries shopping or having recreational fun with family. There is also a public library namely Hypermedia Library nearby the apartments as well. Columbia Asia Hospital and KPMC Puchong Medical Centre are both located within the apartments.
