Queensville is an integrated development project that combines both residential and commercial units. This development project is by Seal Properties (KL) Sdn Bhd. Seal Properties (KL) is a diversified conglomerate ranging in expertise of property development, property management, timber logging and trading. They have multiple projects located in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kedah, and Kelantan. Queensville is located in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The public transport available are RapidKL LRT vua Salak Selatan LRT Station and Salak Selatan KTM Station. Transporting to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur will take around 10 minutes depending on the time of day. There are various education institutions around Bandar Sri Permaisuri, such as SMK Seri Permaisuri, SK Seri Permaisuri and SK Seri Tasik. SM Sains Selangor (SMS) is also located nearby. Tertiary Institutions comprises the likes of UCSI, University Tunku Abdul Razak, and HELP University.
