Surian Tower

Surian Tower is a freehold office building located at the self-contained township of Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, next to IPC Shopping centre, IKEA, The Curve, Tesco and e@curve. It was completed in 2011 by Boustead Holdings Berhad. Given its strategic location, it is easily accessible via many major routes such prominently the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), Penchala Link via Damansara Perdana, NKVE through Kota Damansara, Sprint, Persiaran Surian as well as Sg Buloh and Tropicana. Visitors can also choose to take the IPC and IKEA shuttle buses from other more convenient pick up points as Surian Tower is just a short walk away. Since Surian Tower is surrounded by abundant shopping malls and neighbours it is not short of amenities and services. The best thing about working in Surian Tower is that you do not have to go very far for lunch, running errands or coffee in between work as the malls (IPC, IKEA, The Curve and e@curve) offers plenty of selection of food, retail, entertainment and services options. Nearby schools include SJK( C ) Damansara, SMK Bandar Utama 4, SMK Bandar Utama Damansara 4, while British International School, Parkcity International and KDU Schools are not too far away so is Segi University, a short drive away from Surian Tower. In case of medical emergencies, Thomson Medical Centre Kota Damansara is nearby so is Parkcity Medical centre further away. For shopping and other necessities there is IPC, The Curve, IKEA,e@Curve and further away is One Utama Shopping Centre whilst for groceries Tesco Mutiara Damansara is also within walking distance whilst Village Grocer, Giant and NSK is a short drive away in Sunway Nexis/Kota Damansara enclave. Within walking distance from Surian Tower are also business hotels such as Royale Chulan Curve and Royale Chulan Damansara, and not to mention some others more affordable hotels nearby. For recreation, there are plenty surrounding Surian Tower such as the Royale Ice Skating rink adjacent to Royale Chulan Curve, Tropicana Golf and Country Club and Kelab Golf Sri Selangor. As for food, there is Midori Japanese Restaurant which serves delicious authentic Japanese fare, Tony Roma’s, Little Penang Curve, Kim Gary Curve, O’Briens Sandwich Curve and IKEA’s restaurant for some affordable hearty meals, just to name a few. Surian Tower comprises a stand-alone 26-storey tower and offers office units with built up ranging from 2,000 sf to 13,500 sf and features the following, a large lobby/drop off area, a adjacent multi-level covered carpark with 930 parking bays which is connected by a covered walkway, a small courtyard,centralized aircon,24 hours security, lobby reception, common area CCTV and turnstile access system. Surian Tower is home to many multi-national companies which set up their headquarters here such as Nestle Malaysia and P & G Malaysia, both of which are their main tenants.
