Taman Lestari Putra is a mixed freehold project located along Jalan LEP 5/2, Lestari Putra, in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. It consists of both residential 2-storey terraced houses and retail shop lots. The project was originally developed by Talam Corporation, and completed in 2010. Talam Corporation, later rebranded to Talam Transform Berhad, was one of Malaysia’s leading real estate developers in the 1990’s. They hold a long and established history in developing many large residential projects throughout Klang Valley and Selangor, with many properties in high demand. The project was subsequently completed in 2010. Individual units are available at estimated sales prices of RM 368,000 – RM 1,380,000, with a PSF value of RM 250 – RM 486. Rental prices are estimated to be approximately RM 1,450 – RM 1,600.
