The Binjai or also known as The Binjai On the Park is a condominium that is located along Jalan Binjai, close to KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. The condo was developed in 2008 by Layar Intan, a subsidiary of KLCC Holdings. The high-rise project has a total of 171 residential units for home seekers. Residents have access to neighbouring cities through nearby major roads, and the development is close to several amenities. The condo is very spacious because of the small number of units per floor. The spacious units and balconies help residents to appreciate the lively cityscape especially KLCC park which overlooks it. Other attractive facilities in the condo are the broadband connection, the concierge service, and the security system. The Binjai’s residents can access the condo through different major roads. Some major roads to consider are Ampang–Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Jalan Tun Razak, and Jalan Ampang. Jalan Pinang and Jalan Yap Kwan Seng will also give residents access to the condo.
