USJ 3D is a freehold residential estate which is part of the larger affluent USJ 3 neighbourhood located in USJ Selangor. The gated and guarded USJ 3D is developed by Sime UEP Properties Berhad and was completed in 2005. While the USJ 3 neighbourhood is a mixed residential development area, the USJ 3D component comprises bungalow houses. It is located in between USJ 4, USJ 12 and USJ Heights. It is also near to Taipan USJ 10 Commercial area. The bungalow houses in USJ3D are spacious and of contemporary design surrounded by ample space and greeneries making it the most expensive area in the USJ 3 neighbourhood. USJ 3D comprises of bungalow houses with built-ups from 4,600 sft onwards. The developer is Sime UEP Properties Berhad and it was completed in 2005. Since it has been 15 years since completion, there is no known launch price. The current market price for houses in USJ 3D are between RM 900,000-5,000,000 while rental is from RM 2,500 upwards. Some other notable projects by the same developer includes Elmina Valley Phase 3@City of Elmina, Avalon@USJ Heights, Atilia@Ara Damansara, Rimbun Sanctuary@Shah Alam and Serenia Armani@Serenia City.
