There are many different types of accommodations at KDU Student Accommodation, Utropolis, Glenmarie. The rooms vary in price depending on what type of room you would like to sign up for. The cost of the rooms are as follows:

Note:

Room rental includes electricity and water charges but excludes air-conditioning charges (pre-paid system)
All rooms share a bathroom, common kitchen and common living hall with 8 students in 1 cluster
2 months deposit and 4 months rental are to be paid upfront upon check-in
RM300 processing fees (non-refundable)
