The legal fees involved in the calculation is provided under the Solicitors Remuneration Order (“SRO”). Therefore, there is a proper calculation based on the SRO calculating it based on the purchase price of the property for perfection of transfer and the loan amount for perfection of charge. As for the stamp duty on the Memorandum of transfer (Form 14A) the calculation is calculated based on the guideline provided by the government and the registration fees is determined by the State Authority and different states has different rates. As for the disbursement, it is a payment made to a third party such as travelling charges and printing charges.
