Bandar Dato Onn is expected to be completed by the year 2020 with some 17,200 units of houses and shoplots. About 90,000 people are expected to live in the area, comprising 19 neighbourhoods on 612.69ha of land. Bandar Dato Onn is expected to be a modern and comfortable enclave. Bandar Dato Onn is centrally situated in Iskandar Malaysia, positioned just 12km from Johor Bahru city centre, 10km to th Senai International Airport and 18km from Kota Iskandar.
