  My review after stayed 2 yrs

  High density, lift waiting time was too long. 4 lift but only 1 work in a time. Once the lift is full, need to wait another 3-5 min for the next lift. My longest record is 10 min, can't even climb stairs, all the door need to be open from inside. Convenient for me as many shops and restaurants down there in the mall. Dislike the noise from thin ceiling and wall. I can easily heard upstairs neighbour close their bathroom door, drag the chair, walking around house, chit chat at the balcony. Slow dumb lift system. Management is terrible, poor execution and planning. Tower's Internet system need to upgrade for more stable Internet network. Cleaner needed to clean the tower floor efficiently, not once a week. Walking from Block A / B to mall thru LG1 is hassle, which moron designed this?

  Smart planning

  It looks like such a massive project with over 2500 units in one property, but you will be pleasantly surprised about how neatly it is spaced out. There’s been no overcrowding anywhere and all the facilities and amenities inside United Point Residence are built to scale. I’ve been living here for the past six months on rent, and in fact prefer this large-scale development because the project feels very self-sufficient. I rarely step out for anything I need since I have moved here. Everything is easily accessible in the premises.

  United Point

  Lovely and comfortable stay despite slight high density. Does not feel high dense tho!

  Convenient and Accessible

  Paid a recent visit to United Point Residence. Looks very likely to be an up and coming residence and commercial integrated center in the vicinity serving the mid market.
