Permatang Kuching

Permatang Kuching is located in Penang and situated in Seberang Perai. Although it is near the city of Bukit Mertajam, it is in itself a rather modest town with its population only nearing that of 30,000. This is a little odd when considering its highly regarded locale. The Penang International Airport is a drive away while the Sultan Abdul Halim Airport is more of a considerable distance away but still is rather accessible.

The closest township to the area other than BM is Telok Air Tawar. It is even of a reasonable distance away from the city of Butterworth. Through these places, residents have access to transit options, beach resorts and a bird park. On its own, as stated, it is a simple area with nothing much notable. It does house the Masjid Permatang Binjai.

Buying, selling, or investing property is a very big decision. Even moving to your desired location can sometimes be very emotional.
