Renting Property

Hi,

I will be coming to Malaysia in Oct for a 4 month duration. I am looking for a stay near KLCC Park, which is near to my office location. I am coming with my wife.
Is it possible to get an accomodation for that duration. Can some explain to me the process of renting a property.
