I'm a victim of an abandoned project in Penang. This project (Majestic Heights), has been abandoned since 1995 ( >19 years)and recently it was in the news that some developer is interested to revive. My mortgage loan had defaulted since the day it was abandoned. Do I need to pay back my loan with interest, if the project is successfully revived? What does the Limitation Act 1953 says about this case?
