The home owner already sold the house to buyer 3 months ago. However, until now, the buyer haven’t manage to get loan and therefore ownership not transferred to the buyer yet. Meanwhile, I AM KEEN TO BUY THAT HOUSE TOO! My questions are :
1. Can I ask the seller to “cancel the sale” and sell to me instead?
2. If answer for question is yes, how much the seller need to compensate to the buyer if “cancel the sale”? Property value sold was RM1.4M.
3. Usually how long does it take for loan to be approved?
4. Usually when can the sales considered void? Example : if cannot get loan within 6 months then the sales will become void.
