The 11 Brook Residences development project is a bungalow house development project that is located in the district of Georgetown in the state of Penang along Jalan Brook and the tenure that is offered by the development project its tenants is freehold. It was completed in the year of 2015 and the developer of the 11 Brook Residences development project is Bandar Setia Alam Sdn Bhd. 11 Brook Residences or some just call it as 11 Brook Residence is a landed development and therefore, it will be especially appealing to those who prefer to live in landed properties more than high-rise developments like condominiums and apartments. The development is also designed to cater to those of the upper class due to its pricing. The size of each unit in 11 Brook Residences and it being located close to some schools also make it suitable for families to live in. 11 Brook Residences has limited access to public transports in the area. There are a few schools located within walking distance from the 11 Brook Residences development project which makes the development suitable for growing families to live in and those schools include Union High School, Universal Hua Xia International School, St Christopher’s International Primary School, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tunku Puan Habsah as well as Kolej Perbuatan Pulau Pinang. Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets in the area for the residents of 11 Brook Residences to get their basic daily necessities and they will have to travel out of town in order to gain access to supermarket amenities. There are only 2 eateries that are located within walking distance from the 11 Brook Residences development project and those eateries are Sri Ananda Bahwan Restaurant and Siah Nasi Copaq Gulai Power.Unfortunately, there are no shopping mall in the area and residents of 11 Brook Residences will have to travel out of town in order to gain access to shopping malls. Some basic facilities are offered to the residents of 11 Brook Residences. First of all, the security within the compound of 11 Brook Residences is 24 hours in order to ensure the safety and security of the residents. The car park that is offered by the development to the vehicle owners is covered in order to protect them from the rain or sun. There is also a playground within the compound for the children to spend some of their free time and have fun in. Last but not least, there is a swimming pool available for those who enjoys swimming during their free time. The 11 Brook Residences development project is a bungalow house development project which offers freehold tenure to its tenants. There is a total number of only 11 units in the development and each unit in 11 Brook Residences is comprised of 3 storeys. The selling price for each unit in 11 Brook Residences ranges from RM6.9mil to RM8mil.
