JL99 Group unveiled its project, 99 Residence @ KL North. A leasehold serviced apartment project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM809 million.
The apartment takes up 7 acres of a 17-acre site owned by JL99 in KL North. 99 Residence is designed to cater for own-stay, JL99 included more than 48 types of luxury facilities and spacious common areas.
JL99 also designed 99 Residence from the user’s perspective, with features such as direct access vehicle speed ramp to designated car park levels for residents’ convenience.
The project’s common areas and facilities are more spacious than the standard requirements. For example, the corridors (8ft), the vehicle ramp (12ft), the multi-purpose hall (7400sq.ft.), and sky gym (4500sq.ft.) are all wider than normal.
Priced from RM481,500, JL99 believes in building affordable luxury homes for the public.
99 Residence is designed in a way where the door-to-door units are not facing each other. This was done to give privacy to the residents. There are 4 types of layouts within the 99 Residence development – Type A (900sq.ft.), Type B (1080sq.ft.), Type C (1220sq.ft.), and Type D (1380sq.ft.). Each unit will have at least 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and at least 2 side-by-side carpark bays.
The facilities will be located at Level 1, Level 10 and the Rooftop Level. Level 1 is The Park, which will have a jogging path and a scenic walkway. At Level 10, there will be the Aqua, Garden, Harmony and Energetic Zones, which features lagoon pool and lap pool, garden, children’s playground, and multi-purpose hall with badminton court, among others.
