JHello and thank you for getting in touch with us. Generally, you should still continue to pay for progressive payment upon the completion of each stages. However, as a result of the FMCO, certain financial institutions and developers will allow moratorium. Hence, it is best to verify this moratorium with your developer and financial institution (bank).
