So a lot of ppl now a days are looking for a bigger n better type of housing yet at a reasonable price cus ofc they wont wan it to be overly expensive
Introducing to our project Mutiara Bestari, it suits those who are farmiliar and very used to living in skudai area
This project consist of both 3 or 2storey cluster and 3 storey semi d with a Land area of 32x70 :cluster and 38x80 :semi d respectively
Im sure that this project wont dissapointed those who are aiming for upgrading their house into a bigger n better type of housing. Cus the rooms are bigger n the and direction the house are pretty windy, the sun wont be as shiny or as hot during the day.
More over the Location of it is also very convenient. It is literally located right behind a town which is Mutiara Mas. There are basically tons of amenities around it such as Tesco, Mcd, Kfc, BHP petrol station and lots of other Restaurants and groceries as well.
Also not to forget about it is actually located near a newly Built world class football stadium called the Sultan ibrahim stadium.
Which I personally thinks that it actually makes it a good real estate investment for property speculators
Overall from my point of view, if Im a person who prefer skudai area n probably looking to upgrade where I lived currently, this would no doubt actually be my first choice.
