Over 800 people attended the balloting process for Glomac Bhd’s Symphony at Lakeside Residences in Puchong, reported The Borneo Post. According to the company, all the non-Bumi units were snapped up while the remaining units were allocated to Bumiputera buyers.

‘Phase 3’ Symphony comprises 139 units and has a gross development value of RM107 million. It is also features a guarded enclave that partly sits on a 200-acre project.

Previously, ‘Phase 2’ Sonata was also sold out within a day in September 2012.

Meanwhile, the outlook for Glomac’s projects in Puchong is overwhelming, noted Datuk FD Iskandar, CEO and Group Managing Director of the group.

“Once Lakeside Residences reaches its maturity in two or three years time, we will have further plans to build serviced apartments, condominiums as well as shop offices in the nearby commercial land,” he said adding that there is also a good chance that Glomac would develop a mall.

Moreover, Phase 3 Symphony features double-storey terrace houses that are expected to be completed by 2014. Each unit is priced from RM728,000 with built-up areas ranging from 2,167 sq ft to ,279 sq ft.

Lakeside Residences is situated within the growth corridor of Puchong, with its accessibility to be enhanced by the upcoming completion of the LRT extension in 2014.

“Over and above the great accessibility, the area is also surrounded by commercial and educational centres such as Tesco Puchong, IOI mall, Setia Walk, IOI Boulevard as well as Sunway University and Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus,” added Glomac.
