SP Setia opens over 2,000 units of Rumah Selangorku for registration

SP Setia has opened over 2,000 units of Rumah Selangorku for registration of interest until 14 June 2015.

Located within the matured township of Setia Alam, the Rumah Selangorku launch features 737 units of De Kiara apartment as well as 730 units of De Palma apartment, both of which are Type C2, with built-up area of around 800 sq ft and priced at RM170,000.

Aside from these, SP Setia also offers 723 units of Type C1, De Bayu apartment with built-up of around 900 sq ft and priced at RM200,000. All units come with three bedrooms and two parking bays.

To qualify, applicants should be Malaysian citizens above 18 years of age, with a gross monthly household income of between RM3,001 and RM8,000. Both husband and/or wife should not own any property in Selangor or singles with family obligations, and the proposed acquisition is for own use to stay and not to rent.

To register, eligible members of the public can go to Setia Alam Welcome Centre from 9am to 6pm.
