Following the success of the Emporis, a mixed-development in the heart of Kota Damansara, SCland Group has recently launched its Block A Serviced Residence last week.

Emporis is a highly anticipated integrated mixed development, set to be developed in a 6.9-acre plot. Launched in January 2016, this development includes components such as retail shops, serviced residence and duplex suites.

Further adding to its appeal is a five-storey retail outlet namely Marketplace, a 12,000 to 20,000 sq ft retail podium suitable to house restaurants, supermarkets, IT marts and many more.

As a part of this mix-use development, 64 five-storey signature shops and three-storey boutique shops were also offered with price starting from RM3.75 million and RM5.75 million, respectively. Towering above this retail haven is a single tower of 18-storey duplex suites with 204 units, as well as two towers of 28-storey serviced residence with 616 units.

The Emporis’s residential units are priced from RM561,720 (RM750 psf) onwards, with built-ups ranging from 750 to 1,047 sq ft. This price seems to be affordable considering that the neighbouring residences were sold between RM900 psf and RM1,500 psf.

Furthermore, this gated and guarded mixed-project comes with tight security, coupled with many state-of-the-art facilities.

Strategically located in the midst of Kota Damansara and neighbouring the upcoming 2,330-acre KWASA Land Township, Emporis is packed with a myriad of amenities with exceptional connectivity.

With the Kota Damansara MRT Station located within a stone’s throw away, as well as highways namely North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and the upcoming Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH) conveniently linking this development to the nearby vicinities, one can travel at ease.

In terms of amenities, there are universities, hospitals, schools, malls and commercial hub located within a short radius from Emporis, providing excellent convenience to its residents.

Currently, 70% of the three- and five-storey shops, 90% of the duplex suites and 75% of the serviced residences have been sold out.
