Isola to Grace KL Skyline by 2021

10 Oct 2017

O&C Resources Berhad has launched its latest luxury service residence project – Isola @ KLCC @ Jalan Yap Kwan Seng (“Isola @ KLCC”), a freehold project with a gross development value (“GDV”) of RM240 million targeted for completion by 2021.

Isola @ KLCC is strategically located along Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, compromises four residential blocks. The name “Isola” is derived from the Italian word meaning “Island”, reflected in the masterplan of Isola @ KLCC, where each unit occupies a floor on its own. It is a low-density development that offers only 140 units, ranging from one to three bedrooms, with build-ups of 636 to 3,390 sq ft.

With its masterful design and modern luxury, along with a fantastic city view, Isola @ KLCC provides various facilities such as a business centre, resident lounge, sky pool, indoor gym and party suite, offering great convenience to promote a healthy work life balance.

Speaking after the property launching ceremony, OCR Managing Director Mr. Billy Ong Kah Hoe said: “To date, we have already achieved 80% booking rate where half of it has signed the sales and purchase agreement. The response received were tremendously positive.

“Apart from local purchasers, we received support from international purchasers as well. They were from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, China, England and so forth. Isola @ KLCC will have all the distinctive hallmarks of an OCR development – modern living, great location, superb connectivity and access to a wide-range of amenities nearby. This complements the unique selling points that we will be incorporating into the project to appeal to our target customer base.”

Isola @ KLCC is well connected and easily accessible via major highways and access roads such as Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Sultan Ismail, SMART Highway, Penchala Link Highway, SPRINT Highway, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (“DUKE”) and Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (“AKLEH”) Highway. In addition, RapidKL and LRT services are available within several minutes of distance.

“Another key element of the property would be the efficient automated car parking system designed by Unit One Design that reflects the space-saving design inspiration and architecture. It is equipped with an automated system that transports cars to and from the parking bays,” Ong added.

On the current slowdown in the property market, Billy believes that there is still a large demand for properties within the KLCC area, as evidenced by the positive response received by Isola @ KLCC, both locally and abroad.

Ong said: “Isola @ KLCC is an elite and aspirational address for discerning home buyers and investors. We want our purchasers to feel a strong sense of belonging. With that, we believe Isola @ KLCC will become another landmark within the vicinity.”
