Platinum Victory Launches Residensi Platinum Teratai on the Back of Good Take-up for Existing Properties

December 21, 2018

Setapak: Good take up of its existing projects has prompted Platinum Victory to bring forth its plans for Residensi Platinum Teratai, a rare freehold development within the city.

Located on Jalan Langkawi Setapak, Residensi Platinum Teratai is targeted to be launched in January 2019 with a GDV of RM 360 million. Continuing its bold expansion outside of its home ground, Setapak where Platinum Victory has firmly rooted its brand over the years, the company is also planning the launches of Platinum ARENA in Old Klang Road with a GDV of RM 427 million by Q2 2019 due to the overwhelming take up rate of Platinum OUG.

Its ongoing projects, Platinum Splendour Residensi Semarak and Vista Semarak, both located at Jalan Semarak in Kuala Lumpur are 95% sold while PV18 Residences, launched in March 2018 is basically sold-out. Launched in June 2018, Platinum OUG, located in Bukit OUG is already 95% sold.

“Despite the soft market, we see demand for rightfully priced properties, located in strategic location surrounded by good facilities and amenities. Platinum Victory’s success over the years is attributed to our ability to provide quality developments with practical layouts, yet still rightly priced to meet market’s demand. We are confident that the property market has the appetite for the products which we are planning to launch,” said Gan Yee Hin, Executive Director of Platinum Victory.

Spread across 3-acre of prime freehold land, Residensi Platinum Teratai will comprise 800 units of 928 sq. ft. condominiums. Besides Platinum Victory’s renowned practical layout that maximises space usage in its design, residents will also enjoy facilities such as swimming pool, convenience shops, cafes, multipurpose hall, gymnasium, kindergarten and more. Surrounded by amenities such as Setapak Central Mall, hospital, schools and recreational activities within its 5km radius, Residensi Platinum Teratai will be previewed to the market with an indicative selling price of RM 423,800 at the end of 2018.

Owners of Residensi Platinum Teratai can reduce waiting time on their property as well as enjoy immediate savings from the bank interest as the development is slated for completion in 2019. To add more values for homeowners, the units will be in move-in ready conditions. Platinum Victory will furnish the main areas such as the kitchen, living and dining area as well as the master bedroom and a guest room. For customisation or add-on to the existing interior design, the Interior Designers will also be shared with homeowners to ease their property ownership journey.

Also in the pipeline for Platinum Victory is The Palette, a pulsating lakefront commercial and social development located in Setapak. True to its name, this commercial development will bring splashes of exciting new colours to the charm of Setapak. Featuring al-fresco dining area, restaurants, cafés and pubs, The Palette is envisioned to change the social landscape of Setapak.

“Having established ourselves especially in Setapak, we feel that the time is right for us to introduce The Palette to serve the Setapak community. Our vision for The Palette is a place for people to come together in the spirit of good company and great times, a vibrant social space for everyone where retail and F&B activities are abundant,” said Gan, adding that the 7.4-acre commercial development is only available for lease in order for the developer to maximise tenant mix for the community’s enjoyment.

The Palette will be completed in stages with McDonalds already opened and Aeon Big following suit by the end of this year. The F&B area is targeted to be fully operational by Q3 2019. Platinum Victory is currently in talks with various retailers to optimise tenant mix for this vibrant development.
