Partial Road Closure on Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong Near Bandar Puteri Puchong Interchange

Pavither 27 Mar 2018

The two-lane service road parallel to Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) below the Bandar Puteri Puchong Interchange (BPP Interchange) for southbound traffic to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya will be closed and traffic flow diverted from 26 March to 30 April 2018.

This diversion is expected to mostly affect road users from Persiaran Wawasan and Jalan Wawsan heading towards LDP (southbound). The diversion is to enable the relocation of underground utility services as well as other works related to the expansion and upgrading of the BPP Interchange.

The RM20mil project, which is wholly-funded and constructed by IOI Properties Group Berhad (“IOIPG”), will enhance connectivity of Bandar Puteri Puchong and improve traffic flow between LDP and the township upon its completion.

Bandar Puteri Puchong is a mature township complete with excellent infrastructure including two light rail transit (LRT) stations namely Stesen Taman Perindustrian Puchong and Stesen Bandar Puteri, interconnecting roads to its neighbouring developments including Taman Wawasan Puchong, Puchong Hartamas and Puchong Utama, and with multiple connection to LDP.

Road users are advised to follow directions on signage placed along the alternative route to get to their respective destination.

Traffic from Persiaran Wawasan and Jalan Wawasan heading towards Putrajaya/Cyberjaya:
• Enter service road parallel to LDP from Persiaran Wawasan or Jalan Wawasan
• Turn left into Lebuh Puteri
• Make a U-turn opposite Giant Hypermarket into Lebuh Puteri
• Keep left and turn into LDP
