Tropicana Offers Free Cars for Select Properties in New Campaign

May 22, 2018

Tropicana Corporation Berhad’ (Tropicana) has launched the ‘Tropicana Drive Me Home’ campaign, in which property buyers get a chance to win a free vehicle with the purchase of selected properties across the developer’s five townships in the Klang Valley.

The campaign, which runs until 6 July 2018, will see three Toyota vehicles including a Camry, Corolla Altis and Vios put up for grabs.

Home buyers can choose from a total of 12 properties in five developments – Tropicana Gardens in Kota Damansara, Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Heights in Kajang, Tropicana Cheras in Cheras and Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya.

For first-time home buyers, Tropicana offers three-bedroom modern apartments in Aman 1 from only RM398,000.

Families can choose from a selection of linked homes, semi-detached homes as well as zero-lot bungalows in Tropicana Heights, Tropicana Cheras and Tropicana Aman.

Meanwhile, Tropicana Gardens is perfect for home buyers looking for urban connected living with a sense of luxury as this transit-oriented development offers unparalleled modern convenience.

Investors and business owners, on the other hand, can check out Sinaria investment-grade shop offices within Tropicana Aman.

The participating developments put emphasis on nurturing the communities’ well-being with the inclusion of generous open spaces. In fact, Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Heights and Tropicana Metropark have their own central parks and smaller pocket parks, which are above the industry practice of 10 percent.

All the integrated developments are strategically situated with good amenities and facilities as well as well-considered route for easy accessibility. Tropicana Metropark’s RM106 million direct flyover that connects to the Federal Highway, for instance, will soon be opened to the public, while Tropicana Gardens Mall will feature a direct elevated connection to the Surian MRT station.

Educational institutions have also been incorporated in the townships, such as GEMS International School at Tropicana Metropark, Tenby International School at Tropicana Aman and St Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia at Tropicana Indah Resort Homes,

“Following the success of our ‘Tropicana Surprize Upsize’ campaign in 2017, the engagement and awareness of our townships and developments have grown tremendously,” said Tropicana Managing Director Ung Lay Ting.

Aside from winning a brand new car, the ‘Tropicana Drive Me Home’ campaign also offers property buyers a chance to “own their dream property with a limited-time only special package”.

“We are confident that this offering coupled with the quality and unique selling points of our developments will be well-received,” added Ung.

Interested buyers can register at or visit any participating Tropicana property gallery to find out more about the limited-time only special campaign offerings.

Don’t miss this chance to win a free vehicle with the purchase of selected properties across the developer’s five townships in the Klang Valley as the Tropicana Drive Me Home campaign runs until 6 July 2018.
