Among the initiatives helmed by the group include the recently concluded LBS Bonus Kaw Kaw campaign where attractive incentives up to RM188,000 were offered. These included an extra 2% rebate for repeat buyers and a 1% referral incentive for every house purchased.
In addition to that, LBS was part of the Government’s call to help Malaysians own a home by participating in the HOC 2019, held recently.
