Architectural and interior design collaborators are NRY Architects and X Dimension, respectively. Meanwhile, the ecologically focused landscaping is being nurtured, thanks to the talents of Praxcis Design.
Phase 1 is underway to complete 921 of the total 2,913 freehold units set in six towers, designed to reflect the spacious beauty of the outdoors. The three-storey Fiesta Walk retail component is designed with trees, greenery and al fresco dining, whilst the 800-metre shopping street is an attractive buffer between the towers and main road. For residents, a landscaped podium deck aims to create a relaxing resort atmosphere. The overall effect is impressive, as noted by the award judges.

With a wetlands sanctuary on the ground floor, the eighth-floor Forest Village and facilities follow an intuitive and well-designed layout covering three themes, ‘Dawn’, ‘Noon’, and ‘Eve’, reflecting the changing pursuits and moods of the day. Highlights include a 100-metre pool and open-air ripple spa with starlight ceiling; pavilions with hammocks and hanging plants; a treehouse with a flying fox zipline; a water maze; a gym with glass walls looking out to greenery; a moat pavilion; an aviary of secluded nest seats; koi ponds; jogging trails; and exquisite gardens. Up to the rooftops, each tower embraces the night sky with a Moon Deck where residents can chill out, socialise and dine.
Within the urban forest landscape, mature trees and over 200 species of flora cover the deck. These are to provide shade, pleasant surrounds and a tranquil environment, attracting birdlife to this residential forest retreat too. The forests and gardens are themed according to what is grown in each area, adding a sense of movement.
