Winning Best Mixed Use Development at the 6th annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) in April 2019, MRCB Land is being supported on the project by teams of collaborators. These include architecture, interior design and landscaping stalwarts RSP Architect, Designtone, and Praxcis Design, respectively.
Strategically located, with a proposed monorail station and bridge to link to the NPE thoroughfare nearby, the development is set by the river, covering 17.4 acres of prominent real estate. The judges recognised the principle behind the project, to create contemporary lifestyle experiences for residents. “Comprising four apartment towers, one SoHo tower, and retail components, 9 Seputeh benefits from the ‘open green’ concept. It is modern, airy and optimal for cosmopolitan living.”
With the tallest buildings in the area, creating immediate landmark status, the development includes the three towers of the TRIA Residences, with their rooftop gardens. This phase of the complex features 787 units and 17 river villas. A 30-metre brook has real river stones in the water and flows on different levels to create a natural environment.
An elevated facilities deck boasts a swimming pool, reading pods and a heart-shaped whirlpool, not to mention gardens with a hanging bridge and a treehouse, plus a chess garden, outdoor and indoor gyms, and promenade-style landscaping. The luxurious drop-off, with a water feature at the front, polishes the resort-feel of the accommodation.
A covered pedestrian bridge links to the retail zone with its own dedicated drop-off and central park creating a relaxed shopping experience surrounded by greenery. Each of the four towers of VIVO Residential boast a lounge, play area and infinity pool on the 9th floor, with a sky lounge and sky bar on the 26th floor.
