UEM Sunrise Goes Digital With hUb, Its New Mobile App For Homeowners

UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise”), one of Malaysia’s leading housing developers, unveiled their latest digital customer interactive experience, a mobile application called hUb at The Future of Living by UEM Sunrise event in Publika. hUb was developed to cater to UEM Sunrise’s loyal customers, or “Trésorians” and future home buyers as part of the Company’s efforts to enhance its customers’ experience by embracing innovation and ‘Go Digital’.

When buying a UEM Sunrise property, registered hUb users will have access to a more immersive and improved customer journey from the pre-searching until the move-in stage.

‘The Future of Living by UEM Sunrise’ builds on the strength of the Company’s EVE (Exciting,
bringing Value and Easy to own) philosophy and is part of the Company’s endeavour to ‘Go Digital’
via various collaboration with external partners. UEM Sunrise seeks to anticipate the customers’
