Two acres of recreational garden with six thematic landscapes and resort-style facilities define the harmonious, nature-loving lifestyle experience expressed by the Greenfield Residence concept. Located in the prime location of Malaysia’s fast-developing township of Bandar Sunway, 20 kilometres south-west of Kuala Lumpur’s city centre, the development combines style, greenery and water features to create an authentic urban retreat.

Creativity inspires the Greenfield Residence @ Bandar Sunway project, where 48 percent of the development features lush landscaping. A well-deserved awardee, Cicet Asia Development Sdn. Bhd. scooped Highly Commended for Best Mid End Condo/Apartment Development (Klang Valley) at the 6th annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) in April 2019. The ambition of the relative newcomers in the property development industry is given a creative boost by collaborators and innovative architects ONG&ONG 360 Consultancy, as well as IDC Studio exploring the interiors and landscaping by HODA Design.
Three towers are designed to welcome residents to 816 dual-key units ranging from one bedroom to three, some with study rooms, and 581-1,302 square feet. The sleek, contemporary lines of the architecture are softened with green features such as sky gardens and pocket gardens at various levels. Meanwhile, eco-features and sustainability incorporated into the plans have attracted GBI certification.
Embracing multigenerational, family-friendly living, the project is underpinned by a quest to offer a relaxing, rejuvenating, and lifestyle-focused experience. This is epitomised by the tree-lined jogging and walking trails and the scenic beauty of the Pink Blossom Park’s flowering trees, not to mention the 34 facilities on the ninth-floor podium created with leisure and a goal to enhance quality of life in mind.
The Aquatic Cove includes a 50-metre infinity pool with cascading water, floating steppingstones, a sunken sundeck, and more. Within the Green Oasis there are chill-out places to sit and contemplate life and bursts of colourful blossom in the Petal Zone. A playground, multipurpose trail, and outdoor gym are just some of the facilities within the Energetic Corridor.
The Green Belt, running around the perimeter, provides a verdant buffer and a pavilion, shielding against the urban environment and protecting the natural setting within the residence. The Central Green Park continues this pastoral theme seamlessly, featuring hammocks over lawns, a putting green, and garden chess board. Meanwhile, the Residential Facilities area is a dynamic zone which elevates the Greenfield Residence experience. Here, residents can come home to a floating gym, yoga studio, and rooftop garden as well as a BBQ area, sauna, games room, and function room.
Also part of the project plans are 18 lifestyle retail shops, with a good variety of great amenities nearby too. At the entrance, the drop-off areas and lobby are designed to set the tone of urban-living-meets-nature, with a modern, glamorous style effortlessly embedded with natural design elements and earthy, neutral palettes.
