Gamuda Land handover keys for homes in twentyfive.7, Gamuda Gardens

Gamuda Land has commenced the handover process for the first phase of its two townships – Lucent Residence in twentyfive.7, Kota Kemuning and Village Homes precinct within Gamuda Gardens, Sungai Buloh.

Based on customer feedback, the buyers are excited to move into their new home, especially after the movement control order (MCO) experience.

“This assures us once again that with mindful town-making, a good township like Gamuda Gardens and twentyfive.7 take into consideration people’s lifestyles beyond their home place,” said Gamuda Land CEO Ngan Chee Meng as quoted by The New Straits Times (NST).

“When we handover today, our parks are ready, placemaking and infrastructure are in place, essentials such as F&B and grocery are nearby.”

Launched in 2017, Lucent Residence in twentyfive.7 features 98 semi-detached homes and 181 super link homes.

To date, Lucent Residence is 80% sold, with the keys to the units handed over in phases, said Ngan.

Gamuda Gardens, on the other hand, will see the delivery of vacant possession for 562 two-storey terrace homes within Village Home precinct.

Launched in 2017 also, the homes enjoy direct access to a 50-acre pet-friendly central park, clubhouse and waterfront village. Ngan revealed that more than 83% of the homes are sold to date.

In fact, both townships offer pet-friendly central park, placemaking spaces, lush landscaping, proper access road and high-speed broadband.

Homes in twentyfive.7 and Gamuda Gardens also come in practical layout, providing residents the flexibility to convert the home space based on their lifestyle needs.

Windows and skylight are positioned strategically to maximise views of the outdoor greenery and natural daylight.

A 15-year development, Gamuda Gardens will feature seven precincts. It has a total gross development value of RM10 billion.

The RM4.2 billion twentyfive.7, on the other hand, is a self-sustained township that is set for completion in 2030.
